Next, I need to
know if video is appearing on the screen as
it should. If the Video is working but
text is the wrong size or icons are too big
or small, please choose the top option.
The 2 bottom options are just to let me know
of significant problems

appears on my screen as normal
Some Video
Problems - Video appears but has
problems
No Video - Video
DOES NOT appear on the screen.
